Our Staff

We have a great team of teaching and support staff here at Spen Valley, all working hard, to provide the best possible environment in which our students can learn and develop.

Senior Team - Responsible for the running of the school and the management of all staff

Pastoral Staff - Manage the wellbeing of our students, keying an eye on punctuality, attendance and behaviour, they are the first point of contact for our students and parents.

Teaching Staff - Providing our students with the knowledge and experience the need to achieve their potential.

Teaching Assistants/Inclusion Support - working with our students, often those with SEN who need that additional support to help them access the curriculum.

Support Staff - Often working in the background our support staff provide a huge service to enable the school to run smoothly.
